1. We are collectors of cinematographic works and we also make digital works from our collection available to other collectors around the world.

2. Our aim is to rescue the memory of national and international cinema. The collection is mostly made up of old, rare, classic films, documentaries and series. Almost all of our content is in the public domain, rare collectible material and does not exist for rental or sale in stores and distributors and many are no longer shown on TV or in the cinema, some of which are over 100 years old.

3. About film information: All pages of the website contain technical information about each work.

GENERAL TERMS:

Geographic Variability:

Due to technical restrictions and other limitations imposed by content providers, the Service will only be available in certain locations. Digital Content (including dubbed and subtitled versions of Digital Content) and the manner in which we deliver it to you may vary from time to time and location. Casa do Colecionador will use technologies to verify your geographic location. You may not use any technique or technology to confuse or hide your location.

Availability of Purchased Digital Content:

Digital Content purchased on our website will be available for download from the date of order confirmation and/or from the date of confirmation that the digital content will be available for download. After 5 working days from the date of confirmation of availability of digital content, it will be unavailable. Summary: from the date the content is made available, it will be available for download within 5 working days.

Resolution and Reproduction Quality:

The playback quality and resolution of the Digital Content you receive will depend on a number of factors, including the type of Compatible Device on which you are accessing the Digital Content and the speed of your connection, your video player, which may increase or decrease during viewing.

 While we make every effort to provide a high-quality experience of digital content, we make no guarantees regarding the resolution or quality of the Digital Content you will have access to after downloading, even if you have purchased high definition (HD) content. ultra-high definition (UHD) or high dynamic range (HDR).

Explicit Content:

You may encounter content that is potentially offensive, indecent or objectionable; such content may or may not be identified as having explicit language or other attributes. However, you agree to acquire content at your own and exclusive risk and A Casa do Colecionador has no liability to you for any content. Content types, genres, categories and descriptions are provided for convenience, and A Casa do Colecionador does not guarantee their accuracy.

Cancellations:

Order cancellations can be made even before downloads are completed.

For cancellations of orders that have already been downloaded, the value of digital content that has already been made available will be deducted from the refund amount.

For orders that all films count as immediate delivery, it will not be possible to cancel, as long as they have all already been made available.

Updates and Modifications Technical Data Sheet

Digital content that does not contain delivery date specifications on pages such as "Immediate Delivery" and with codes that start with (NA) may undergo changes in dubbing and subtitles.

Emphasizing that your original audios and subtitles referring to your father will appear as stated in the term "Geographic Variability" above.

A Casa do Colecionador reserves the right to make the necessary changes when necessary, thus providing excellent content in terms of quality.

Digital cinematographic works made available on our website have a deadline of up to 72 hours for availability.

The cinematographic works available immediately are reported on the page of each digital material.
