Documentary shot over a year that follows a group of students from the University of Economics in the city of Takasaki expelled for their protests over policy changes with more right-wing tendencies and a decade of irregularities in student admissions. As in many works of the time, most of the footage focuses on the ideological and organizational discussions of the student movement.
